A "cookie" is a small information file sent to the User's browser and saved on the User's terminal (e.g. computer, smartphone), (hereinafter "Cookies"). AFRICA4CLIMATE may process User information concerning his visit to the Site, such as the pages consulted, the searches carried out. This information allows AFRICA4CLIMATE to improve the content of the Site, the navigation of the User.

Cookies facilitating navigation and/or the provision of services offered by the Site, the User can configure his browser to allow him to decide whether or not he wishes to accept them so that Cookies are recorded in the terminal or, on the contrary, they are rejected, either systematically or according to their issuer. AFRICA4CLIMATE informs the User that, in this case, the functions of his navigation software may not all be available.

The site AFRICA4CLIMATE uses GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE and GOOGLE ANALYTICS for search engine indexing purposes. By agreeing to browse this site, you know that Google tracks visits to the site and the pages viewed. AFRICA4CLIMATE uses these two Google services to be more easily searched and found on search engines.

PERSONAL DATA

The Africa4Climate.com site does not record or store any personal data on its public pages.

On our contact page there is only the company e-mail as a communication reference for Partners / Suppliers / Customers: in this way we can only receive on our computers the e-mail (and all data) from those who decided to write us an e-mail.

There is also a reserved area on the site, but it is available to the operators of our projects. Registration in this area is not public and must be authorized by our staff.

APP USERS

Africa4Climate project team has developed a dedicated APP for the buyers of the improved stoves produced by the project.

The purpose of the APP is to facilitate after-sales assistance and to guarantee the purchaser a 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

For this reason, some information relating to the purchaser's residence (address and geographical coordinates) and the use that the purchaser intends to make of the oven are recorded in the database.

This information is not transferred for any reason to third parties, nor is it used for reasons other than those related to the guarantee itself.

The buyer has the right to request the deletion of all his data knowing, however, that this will lead to the cancellation of the 5-year guarantee.
